The butler Mikail, the chef Oleg, and the Baronness' lady in waiting Marisha, all staff members living with the Vallakovich family who went missing without a trace. After using a hearthstone to snoop around the house, Percy found that they were killed by a faulty teleportation circle created by the Baron's teenage son, Victor.

The Baron is still unaware of the reason for the disappearances and is growing increasingly paranoid.

Percy convinced the group to use the disappearances to cover up their murder of Izek Strazni.
