The teenage son of the Burgomaster of Valleki. He is attempting to teach himself magic in order to escape from Barovia, which he says is cursed. He hides his attempts in the attic room of the family's house, behind a door with a skull carved into it and a sign which reads, "All is not well." He appears to have successfully reanimated some cats, but his attempt at a teleportation circle resulted in the deaths of three members of the Baron's household. Victor has promised to not kill anyone else, but he has also stated that he will keep working on his teleportation attempts.

Percy recently visited him in disguise, telling him that he was a wizard called Alistor from the Wizard's College on the plane of Carindeen.
