A decrepit tower bearing the name Khazan, with a huge cracked gash in it and gargoyles adorning the roof, standing at the end of a grass-covered causeway on an small island in a lake near Krezk. It stands in the middle of an anti-magic field. A scaffolding made of a series of platforms and ladders once led to the third floor, but Magda crushed it while trying to climb it.
A regally-decorated purple wagon with brass lanterns, tombstone-shaped windows, red drapes and gold trim stood outside it, bearing a wooden KEEP OUT sign. Gale accidentally triggered a trap that blew it up while trying to break into it.
The iron door to the tower has no hinges or handles, but bears a series of lines with eight stick figures surrounding them. Gale opened the door by imitating the movements of the lines.
Inside the tower stand four tall clay statues surrounding a platform elevator. We were unable to figure out how to work it.
The third floor of the tower is rotting away. The fourth is cozily decorated, with bright tapestries, a desk and chair, an iron stove and wood, a standing suit of armor, and a bed. A wooden chest contains the magically-embalmed head of a Vistani man that we did not recognize.
It is unknown who has been staying in the tower, but the wagon had a fresh coat of paint on it, indicating that it had been recently taken care of. While at the tower, we encountered a man with many wolves, but he claimed to not be the owner.
