While sleeping at Raven Roost, Dren and Gale were plagued with horrific dreams. They heard cries of anguish and screams for help, and Gale thought he heard children's voices mixed within. Dren saw flashes of battlefields and viscera. They both awoke with a start in the middle of the night. A search of the windmill turned up nothing. They did not share their dreams with Percy or Bell.

Later, the night before the group ventured to Ravenloft, everyone had odd dreams with an ominous and uncomfortable feeling. We were unable to remember them the next day but felt unrested.
