A two-story shop in the stockyard of Valleki. Its sign is shaped like a coffin and its windows are closed up tightly. The first floor is a carpenter's shop with tables along the wall, a sitting room, and a room filled with 13 coffins. The second floor contains a bedroom with well-made furniture, a kitchen, and a storage room.

Heinrik van der Voort was the carpenter in charge of the shop, but he was killed by vampire spawn hiding in the storage room after Percy accidentally woke them while snooping. It is unknown if Heinrik was aware of their presence.
