A fat fisherman who killed Arabelle in an attempt to bring fish to the barren waters of Zarovich Lake. He claimed that he chose her because she was "one of them folk with luck." He had a blank expression on his face, and did not respond to Bellerand climbing into his boat in crocodile form and shapeshifting back into a human, but we later realized that he was probably just slow-witted and not bewitched. He said that he needed to take care of his "family" — some kids that he isn't actually related to and don't live with him.

He mentioned that the fish only disappeared from Zarovich Lake within the last few months.
